New York – This recent dog attack has left a young woman fighting for her life in a local hospital. Reports show that the woman was mauled by what appeared to be a pit bull dog sometime after midnight on a city street. Police say that the owner was unable to stop the dog from continuing the attack and they were therefore forced to shoot and kill the dog. She continues to remain hospitalized after the arm amputation in very serious but stable condition.
